Student fees (until Monday, 17 August 2026)

• Students (without conference dinner) — € 100,00
• Students (with conference dinner) — € 150,00

Regular fees (until Monday, 17 August 2026)

• Regular (without conference dinner) — € 250,00
• Regular (with conference dinner) — € 300,00

Besides participation in the conference, the fee also includes:

• Lunch (vegetarian/vegan) at the conference venue (Wed – Fri)
• Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the coffee-breaks
• Reception on Wednesday
• Conference dinner on Thursday if dinner option is selected

The conference dinner will be held at the Panorama Restaurant at Hohensalzburg Fortress — one of Salzburg’s most iconic venues, perched high above the city. The dinner package (+€50 per person, see registration) includes:

• A three-course dinner with a choice of dishes
• A complimentary drink
• A funicular ride up to the fortress
