The conference will start at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday and will end at 5.15 p.m. on Friday (followed by a farewell drinks reception).

We will award a Best Student Paper Prize for an outstanding student paper.
The programme will include a dedicated poster session, which will form an integral part of the conference.
Poster guidelines
- Presenters are requested to set up their posters on Thursday, 24 September at least 60 minutes prior to the poster session, leave them for the duration of the conference, and remove them at the end.
- Presenters who wish to provide a take-away summary, flyer, or contact card are requested to supply a container, folder, or envelope for these.
- Presenters are requested to be present at their poster during the poster session.
- Poster boards are large enough to accommodate A0 posters.
Poster format — choose one of the following:
- A0 — portrait (vertical) only
- A1 — portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal)
Pins and velcro strips are available at the registration desk.
